This is for custom engraving of Pico devices. This process will take at least 2 weeks + shipping. All sales are final on custom parts. Non-returnable and non-refundable.
There is no "proof" process. When you add this item to your cart you need to submit to us one of the engraving forms with you options and shipping address filled out.
Please also make sure the finish is correct. Submit the form to
[email protected]. We will match you engraving form to your order by name and address.
There is a minimum order charge Lutron imposes of $10 for orders less than $150 on our website. If you add additional product to get to $150 or more a $10 discount should appear in your total.
For most states this also gets you to free ground shipping from Lutron.
